Come ready to smash boards with Master Bjorkquist as you strengthen your mind and body in this awesome board-breaking AKF event for all ranks! Time will be split into two sessions; 12:00-2:00pm CST for White through Blue Belt ranks, and Brown Stripe and above will be 2:30-4:30pm CST.
