Join Grand Master Holden for this in-person Judo seminar, focusing on perfecting your off-balancing and fitting in for hand, foot and hip throw techniques. While all ranks are welcome, it is recommended for Intermediate students and above, ages 9+ only. Opportunities for rank up available, please see your instructor for details.

2 hour Judo seminar: 4-6pm
– all ranks and ages (9+)
– Zoom: No
– Judo Gi HIGHLY recommended
– See your Instructor about Gi and Registration
2 hour Judo “Placement”: 6:15 – 8pm
– Judo Gi Required
