Join Headmaster Bjorkquist for a Judo session for all ranks and ages! We will be covering the Judo combinations required at Black Belt as well as honing our falling skills. This AKF-approved seminar is worth 1 point. Please be sure to wear your workout uniform (preferably a Judo gi) to participate.
