Masters’ Conference 2025 (6 Payments)

Open to all existing Masters of the American Kyuki-Do Federation, Academy Owners and high ranking Kyuki-Do students who will have achieved a rank of 4th Dan on or before November 15, 2025*.

We will be convening at Hotel Haya in Historic Ybor City from December 10th through December 13th. The general overview is as follows:

  • Wednesday, December 10                 Arrive
  • Thursday, December 11                     Meeting
  • Friday, December 12                          Meeting
  • Saturday, December 13                      Depart

The conference will include Breakfast and Lunch on both Thursday and Friday. Each session will end no later than 5 PM, so that you can explore and enjoy all that Tampa has to offer.

In addition to the meals the prices include three (3) nights’ accommodations and our meeting space:

  • Single Reservation                                                         $ 1,195.00
  • Bring Significant Other and/or Kids                              $ 220/each (only if joining conference for breakfast and Lunch)
  • Share a Room  w/another Participant                           $ 860/each

Airfare and Ground Transportation are not included in this package

Payment Plans are available as follows:

  • Single Attendee
    • 12 payments @ $105
    • 6 payments @ $206
  • Single Attendee w/Significant Other
    • 12 payments @ $123 (only if SO is joining us for meals)
    • 6 payments @ $245 (only if SO is joining us for meals)
  • Attendees sharing a room:
    • 12 payments @ $75
    • 6 payments @ $150
  • (If sharing a room, attendee must have a designated roommate. The AKF will not match attendees wishing to share a room).

The deadline to take advantage of a payment plan is October 30, 2024.

A detailed agenda will be issued on or before October 1, 2025.

Registrations using Cash Payments must be satisfied no later than September 1, 2025.
