Birth date must be entered in the form of MM/DD/YYYY (for example, 08/01/2010 for August 1st, 2010).

The AKF ID is a unique identifier consisting of an academy suffix, year and number (for example, EW18-27). The AKF ID must be correctly entered in order for participants to receive credit for attending this event. You can look up your AKF ID at https://www.kyukidomartialarts.com/tools/akf_id_lookup/

Please enter the rank you will be at the time of the tournament.

Note: each registration includes one spectator ticket. Note that when online registration closes, the cost of spectator tickets will increase to the “at the door” price.

We always need judges and referees! If you are a black belt and are willing to help judge or referee, please select “yes” and then fill out the additional questions below. If you are not a black belt, or if you do not wish to assist, please choose “no.”

Forms, Breaking & Sparring Tournament – August 3, 2024

When: Saturday, August 3rd, 2024

  • Doors Open: 7:30 am
  • Black Belt Competition: 8:30 am
  • Colored Belt Competition: TBD

Tournament Registration Fee :

  • 1 or 2 Divisions: $75 ($100 after Sunday, July 21)
  • All 3 Divisions: $100 ($125 after Sunday, July 21)
  • Each Registration includes 1 complimentary Tournament Spectator Pass
  • Additional Tournament Spectator Pass: $10 online or $15 at the door
  • Children 5 and under: FREE

Registration closes: Sunday, July 28th, 2024, 11:59pm

Note: There is no participant registration at the door. ALL ONLINE SPECTATOR PASS SALES AND BOARD SALES END WHEN REGISTRATION CLOSES; AT THE DOOR SPECTATOR TICKETS WILL INCREASE FROM $10.00 TO $15.00, AT THE DOOR BOARDS WILL INCREASE FROM $3.50 PER BOARD (INCLUDING TAX) TO $4.00 (PLUS TAX)!

Standard Board Sizes By Belts and Age:

Color Belts: White Belts – Black Stripes
Maximum 4 boards per break; Maximum of 2 Breaking Stations

  • 5-9 years: 0.5″t x 12″h x 6″w
  • 10 – 12 years: 1”t x 12”h x 6″w
  • 13-17 years: 1”t x 12”h x 8”w
  • 18+ years: 1”t x 12”h x 10”w

Black Belts:
Maximum 6 boards per break; Maximum of 4 Breaking Stations

  • 9 – 12 years: 1”t x 12”h x 6″w
  • 13-17 years: 1”t x 12”h x 8”w
  • 18+ years: 1”t x 12”h x 10”w

Cost: $3.50 each – Tax included on boards purchased online.

All tournament Breaking Boards must be purchased from the AKF (for pick-up at the Pro-Shop the day of the event) to maintain product consistency.
